ability to override external multiple and starting qty settings from the admin

The ability to override external multiple and starting qty settings on products from the admin.  A checkbox on the products inventory tab would be great.  So if I have a product sold in multiples of 6 with a starting qty of 6, I could override that when creating orders from the admin side.
