HOTFIX 2015.3 - Quick Add is BACK!

A new version of quick add has been re-added:

Menu items that support quick add will have a separate "+" button to the right of the link in the navigation.

Quick addable items:

* Orders
* Quotes
* Products
* Categories
* Blog Posts
* Content Pages
* Discounts
* Gift Certificates
