HOTFEATURE 2015.3 2015.4 - First and last name on OPC is now autofilled

First and last name on OPC is now autofilled if saved address doesn't exist or is not selected from the dropdown. This will most commonly affect customers checking out for the first time that are logged in via Facebook.
