"Discount code is not recognized" cart message now shows correctly when case of coupon code did not match the coupon in the db (coupon codes are case-sensitive)

  Wait a second... how do I disable case-sensitive coupon codes?

  When you're setting a discount rule for a coupon code, you can set the "Operator" drop-down menu to 'equal to any case.'
